We can offer basic support and consultation through providing floor plans and vision boards for you to work with independently or we can work with your budget and manage the entire process from design to implementation. Images from our latest residential project for international clients in Oxfordshire. We were tasked with turning an empty new build house into a family home ready to move in to.
Images from our most recent London office project for Black Thrive, which involved revamping a small, tired, old office into a living room type space that the organisation can use to promote wellbeing within the black community. They will be able to do 1:1 and group therapy in here, as well as social activities such as book clubs, film nights, art and crafts and training sessions. That’s a lot for one room, but we managed to design the floor plan in a way that accommodates their needs! Swipe through the slideshow to see the before pictures and the original concept sketch.

Vision boards created for clients using my virtual service.
Vision board created for the Fountain Gates development in Croydon. Images were sourced from the development’s brochure and combined with examples of materials so that prospective buyers could visualise the intended finish of the properties and buy off-plan.
Quick mock up to show some of the furniture sourced for various rooms in the three bedroom house on the fountain gates development. This furniture was to be purchased and styled in the smaller house that was to be the show home. The properties were sold off plan before the development was complete/’show home ready’, so the show home was not needed in the end. Rosanna Alfonso Developments is looking for more opportunities to furnish show homes in new build developments, so please do get in touch if you are a house builder of any size and are looking to turn one (or more) of your homes into a show home.
Rosanna Alfonso Developments can also produce computer generated images for your projects if you are not sure what your ideas will look like in reality.
Computer generated images are a perfect supplement to plans and mood boards, as they are the easiest to interpret. For the majority of clients they are the ‘truest’ representation of what the finished project will look like.
